Thai Red Chicken Curry Anyone Have Any Good Recipes For Thai Chicken Curry With Artichokes In It?

Anyone have any good recipes for Thai Chicken Curry with artichokes in it? - thai red chicken curry

My local Thai restaurant is a wonderful red curry chicken with artichokes is fragrant and delicious Unbelivable. How can something like this at home?

Ingredients
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 tablespoon red curry paste, Thai
12 oz skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise into strips 1/2-inch-wide
4 ounces green beans, sliced 1 cm long
3 baby artichokes, cut into 1 inch
3 cups chicken broth, canned, low sodium --
3 cups coconut milk, canned food, no sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce (Nam Pla)
1 / 4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Preparation
Oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add curry paste and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add chicken and stir 2 minutes. Add green beans and artichokes and mix 1 minute. Add broth, coconut milk and fish sauce, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cook until vegetables after the procedure, about 12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add basil and serve.

Curry Chicken and Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients:
V. 4.5 ground chicken (3 or 4 breasts)
1 C. mayonnaise
2 cans of chicken soup
1 / 2 tsp. Curry powder
2 (14 ounces) artichoke hearts chests
Garlic powder to taste
1 teaspoon of soup. Lemon Sauce
1 1 / 2 c. grated cheese, sharp
1 / 4 cup seasoned croutons
V. 2.4 soup. Butter
Greased 9 x 12 cm

Drain and slice artichoke hearts. Oven to 350 degrees. Season with garlic, artichoke hearts. Place in 9 x be greased 12-in. Place chicken on top - mix in a separate bowl - soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry - spread over chicken. With grated sharp cheese with croutons. Bake 30 minutes or until hot. INGREDIENTS:
1 1 / 2 pounds in 2 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 package frozen artichoke hearts, 8 to 12 ounces
1 cup chicken broth
1 / 2 cup chopped onion
1 box (3 to 4 ounces) sliced black olives
1 / 4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
2 teaspoons curry powder or to taste
3 / 4 c. Tea made from dried thyme, crushed
Salt 1 / 4 teaspoon tea
Pepper 1 / 4 c. Tea
4 cups hot cooked rice

PREPARATION:
Rinse the chicken dry and set aside. Combine in a 3 1 / 2 to 5 quarters crock pot mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, chicken broth, chopped onion, sliced olives and wine. Add tapioca, curry powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
