In Manhattan, but this list is unlikely to two years. Slim possible in Crown Heights, where a very large Jewish population. Almost everywhere, but everywhere kosher restaurants in the vicinity of their facilities during the Passover. But the shops open for Chol Hamoed (intermediate day ")
Why?
Because there have to clean very profitable profitable for restaurants and food not kosher for Passover, and save and prepare "Kosher for Passover" foods especially useful for Chol Hamoed (intermediate day "), which never more than 5 days and 4 days [ from the State of Israel].
The Marais is generally open for Easter - a great place, right next to Times Square net.
