How do I meet my daily milk intake when I go hiking? - hiking products

What can I do to the requirements of the milk.
I have the analysis of food and cream cheese and powdered milk are not as dairy products .. odd numbered

You need calcium, not milk.

The milk has too much saturated fat, believe it or not.

Find the amount of calcium in the energy bars or fruit.

I do not know what nutritional analysis you are using, but the USDA Food Pyramid includes the cream cheese and milk powder milk products. All the cheese and dairy products contain calcium. Milk is drawn milk with water. The calcium remains in the dust.

If you make more than enough calcium to worry, you've considered the possibility of supplemental calcium per day while on tour?

Stay away from dairy products. Calcuim you can eat fruit and vegetables. Dairy products may even cause osteoporosis.

You must believe me, but it is true that the United States, Canada and Sweden are the only countries in the world who are breastfed after drinking. And we have the highest percentage of osteoporosis.

Cheese and Cream Milk Powder ... It can also cottage cheese or yogurt ice bag or pack to a basket of cheese sandwich ur me personally, a container of cottage cheese Pack w / Almonds only cuz i love it and its healthy dairy products, and honesty is the best thing that you pack in ice Tho

do not worry. unless the whole day and not milk, not a big deal. missing one or two days a week does not make any difference, dairy calcium and vitamin D, so that they take a pill, there are many good Out There --
Citracal + D is an excellent choice.
