Physical Therapy Student Cover Letter Surgery Mess ...any Law Students Or Dr Please????

Surgery mess ...any law students or Dr please???? - physical therapy student cover letter

My father was 1 years before shoulder surgery, he (a torn rotate cuff and surgery to remove, the Spurs had), 1 doctor screwed up, so they need a second operation. 2. Dr. said that his office back to the 1st task of the surgery, Dr. was drawn (no follow-up MRI to check the progress) I was in great suffering for a long time and only yours therapy physics, not. Do not know (that it broke again) Anyway, not only the second operation retear and now say to the doctor for the back of the other doctors, he has still not been repaired fracture just the scar tissue. Would not that an operation under a false identity. When he left the doctor's office asked him to repair the tear (which was 75%), none of Scar Tissue. A copy (my stepfather) MR (2. Dr), what to do if everyone has the white of the 1st pr covers. From that time, sure that you have a chair therapy and medication. Can give Thanks for any help.

Annunziata, I agree with the fact that certain information submitted to confusion.

They say at one point that "just the scar tissue" ... Who are you referring to the first or second surgeon?

Later, the state, "When he tells you the doctor's surgery to repair the tear" again, you refer to 1 medical doctor or 2?

Are you saying that the doctor said immediately after the operation 2, that repairing a tear, but they changed their story?

I'm not sure we can clarify as part of Operation "delusions" claim, but perhaps a lawyer can do it. In a typical plant populations are most likely a sign of support for a list of possible procedure was (for his father) could some of the following according to your description: abstained 1st Debridement 2nd Subacromial decompression
3. Repairing a torn rotator cuff, 4 Lysis of adhesions, etc., just because they do not mean on the list that it will be necessary. Very often, when the surgeon in sTAT is not as bad as he / she thinks origanally. Can therefore decide for themselves, do not, it seems, they are not required. MRI do not always tell an accurate picture.

When a new gap to realize first, that it is not unusual and is a normal risk of the procedure. Note the following:
1. What was the message protocol in force, and was followed by immobilization
2. Her father followed all the instructions? I think that patients with shoulder surgery noctorious to do more, what is expected,
3. Is there a protocol for the rehabilitation? If so, is the PT does not follow that protocol?
4. If the logs were not used, was done, what is normal and acceptable treatment for the parents of your condtion.

... It is also true that the monitoring of magnetic resonance imaging after surgery usually is not the rotator cuff. However, if your father continued pain, and there were signs of a re-Tair (eg, inability) to raise his arms over his head for several months after the surgery, then you can claim responsibility. HOwever, it must be shown also that the absence of an adequate supply for less than optimum repair and results (if that's what happened, even) in the second operation.

A retear one rotator cuff is not uncommon, would be that something is happening outside the usual care to prove. Moreover, it seems that finally, they do not require major repair surgery, lysis of adhesions only is it a procedure to remove scar tissue. It is a natural, common development after repair of the rotator cuff. This is usually through the lysis of adhesions and determined by arthroscopy or manipulation under anesthesia.

... However, I advise you to get copies of all documents relating to medical, surgical reports, and physiotherapy.

Good luck

What I understand from your message is that the operation was the number 1 for the elimination of the Spurs, and not a repair of the rotator cuff. I had 2 operations for rotator cuff, not even a follow-up MRI is not a common practice when they feel that they experience is normal for the postoperative pain. I hate to say it, I see that you are looking for a source of guilt for the pain and suffering of the father. But it's hard tot ell of the position of the whole story here, to be honest. not to mention his position on a page. Let us take the case to another doctor .. an independent doctor and discussed. But from what I have come so far little, it seems that his father was an unfortunate injury ... and painful, if not a complete tear. For the record, my operations were 6 years apart. When he entered the second equation, he could see the first surgeon made a mistake ... I will not complain.

You need to clear - and I apologize for the length of it. Facts:

- Doctor One "leg"
- Two doctors surgery leads to damage caused by a Doc Repair
- Two doctor suggested physical therapy for recovery
- Doctor of Surgery (what to do two others, where I confused) to remove scar tissue after a medical error A first
- His father thought he had a permanent break, but instead of the scars removed
- It is now well

What is the problem? I suppose if the doctor's negligence of the operation had not had the conversation. Are you after the money?
